Finding and Scraping Competitor Pages
How to pull a competitor's Facebook page, posts, and comments into MarketOS.
Finding a Competitor's Page
Go to Competitor Intel → Find Page and enter a business type or a specific competitor's Facebook page URL. MarketOS searches Google and suggests relevant brand pages, including ones you might not have thought of.
Scraping Posts & Comments
Once you've saved a page, click Fetch Comments to pull recent posts and the comments underneath them. This can take a minute depending on how active the page is.
Monthly Quotas
Page searches and comment fetches are limited per month based on your plan (Starter, Growth, Pro). Check your remaining quota under Competitor Intel → Usage.
A Note on Ethics & PDPA
MarketOS only scrapes public page content — posts and comments visible to anyone. We don't collect private messages or personal data beyond what a person has already posted publicly, and outreach should always respect PDPA consent principles.
