How to Create Your MarketOS Account

Step 1: Sign Up

Go to marketos.my/register and enter your full name, email address, and a password (minimum 8 characters). Check the PDPA consent box and click Create Account.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

Check your inbox for a verification email from MarketOS. Click the verification link. If you don't see it within 2 minutes, check your spam folder.

Step 3: Complete Your Workspace

After verifying, you'll be prompted to name your workspace (usually your business name) and select your primary industry. This helps MarketOS tailor AI content suggestions for your sector.

Step 4: Connect Your First Channel

Go to Channels in the sidebar and connect at least one platform — Facebook Page, Instagram Business Account, or Shopee store. You'll need your account credentials or admin access.

You're Ready

Once a channel is connected, your dashboard will start pulling in performance data. Head to Content to generate your first AI post.
