I Can't Log In to My Account
Steps to recover access to your MarketOS account.
Forgot Your Password
Click Forgot password? on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't receive it within 5 minutes.
Account Locked
After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes as a security measure. Wait 30 minutes and try again, or use the password reset flow.
Email Not Verified
If you registered but haven't verified your email, you'll see a verification prompt on login. Click Resend verification email and check your inbox.
Still Can't Access?
Contact support via the chat button below with your registered email address. We'll verify your identity and restore access manually.
